Henkel's General Industry business unit is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art industrial adhesives, sealants and metal pretreatment technologies to a variety of industrial markets for assembly and maintenance and repair. Our product brands like Loctite, Teroson or Bonderite stand for highest performance, innovation and reliability 

What we offer

  • Generate new business by identifying new applications, increase customer base and conduct training and seminars for end-users and customers. Ensure sales growth and Introduce new products.
  • Manage Distributors so as to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales representative etc. To train and support distributor’s sales engineers and key account management
  • Ensure fast and accurate sales reporting and forecasting to supervisor
  • First level support and troubleshooting to customers
  • Coordinate with technical team , marketing and supply chain for conducting Seminars and Promotional activities

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelors' degree in Engineering with major in Mechanical or Industrial production
  • Minimum (Four) 4 years’ of experience Industrial Application sales
  • Must have experience with Key account management and distribution management
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
