Henkel has high-performance adhesives systems for the entire spectrum of machines and applicators dealing with the flexible packaging, paper converting, graphic arts and non-woven industries. This team helps provide reliable bonding solutions by exploring the best chemical, technical and economical solutions to fit their needs – from the adhesive itself through its application to potential process improvements.

What we offer

  • Establish relationship with top management of direct customers and manage key accounts.
  • Generate new business by identifying new applications, Increase customer base and conduct training, Seminars for end users and customers.
  • Manage customer technical complaints, Queries and trouble shoot on the usage and application within the required timeframe.
  • Managing Distributors to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, Securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales representative

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any engineering background preferably in Chemical or Polymer.
  • Masters degree in business administration in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years' of sales experience in the field of packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
