Henkel has high-performance adhesives systems for the entire spectrum of machines and applicators dealing with the flexible packaging, paper converting, graphic arts and non-woven industries. This team helps provide reliable bonding solutions by exploring the best chemical, technical and economical solutions to fit their needs – from the adhesive itself through its application to potential process improvements.

What we offer

  • Responsible for managing the sales of allotted Steering Unit, Customer service, Technical Service.
  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing client.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
  • Performing troubleshooting, attending complaints and resolving the same technically in order to ensure customer delight.
  • Recommend the right product for the specific application. Explain product feature and benefit.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelors' Degree from any engineering background preferably in Chemical or Mechanical. 
  • Masters' degree in business administration in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years' of sales experience in the field of Hygiene or Adhesive dispensing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
