What we offer

  • Draft, review and negotiate all types of agreements and contracts pertaining to the commercial activities of Henkel India
  • Handle unfair competition issues/anti-trust issues as well as product liability claims
  • Retain, manage and supervise external law firms; manage and leverage external legal cost
  • Manage, direct and coordinate litigation inhouse as well as with external law firms
  • Handle anti-counterfeiting (piracy issues and claims) and other local IP matters in close cooperation and alignment with Henkel’s Global IP Group
  • Lead Corporate Matters and Corporate Secretarial tasks including preparing and administering of Board of Directors/Shareholders' Resolutions and Meetings
  • Deal with Public Authorities in India in relation to the company's business operation
  • Ensure compliance with laws and engage in the implementation and enforcement of compliance with internal corporate standards

Who we are looking for

  • Min 5-7 years of work experience in a Corporate Law department or in a law firm active in the field of Commercial and Corporate Law
  • Education - Bachelor Degree in Law mandatory ; Master Degree in Law (LL.M.) or MBA is an advantage
  • Strategic & Analytical Skill
