  • Strong understanding on how an eCommerce business works and the key levers (media, pricing, category, channel ) to drive a successful eCommerce business.
  • Manage product portfolio and category mix along with pricing & inventory planning.
  • Identify, onboard, manage and build strategies for channel partners to maximize engagement and value creation.
  • Serve as the key decision maker for marketing communication and offer creation to drive up eCommerce business.
  • Take an active, ongoing role in building the eCommerce practice.
  • Understand how 3rd party eCommerce, owned eCommerce and traditional sales channels can work together to accelerate revenue generation and new customer conversion, while ensuring full transparency on return on investment.
  • Develop reporting and analysis that leverages data, tools and technology to help guide decision making


  • Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience with at-least 5 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce and marketplaces or Demand Generation or Tech start-up.
  • Leadership experience to lead and nurture a high performing team
  • Performance marketing experience on eCommerce or understanding on shopper marketing tactics
    Start-up mentality and ability to work in cross-functional teams internally and external to drive rapid growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines with a flexible approach
    Sound knowledge on various digital marketing aspects (performance marketing, display advertising, social, attribution modelling, etc.)
  • Experience using eCommerce-based technology, CRM software and marketing automation systems are an added plus.
  • Good project management skills
  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools            
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
