YOUR ROLE

  • To fulfill all administrative tasks related to manual and electronic order entry.
  • Customer and pricing master data administration credit and debit note management.
  • Rebates or commission management.
  • Invoicing, reporting and the management or solution for all type of claims including (including tickets to IT).
  • Role can be split in Master Data agents, Order entry Agents and Invoice and Claims Agents depending on the Support Office workload and agent profiles.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • SAP experience is must.
  • experience in Order to Cash related SAP transactions. 
  • Customer orientation, proactive thinking, flexibility.
  • Cooperation and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
