YOUR ROLE:

·Analyze new IT laws and regulations and derive requirements for Henkel in collaboration with Henkel business units and legal / compliance departments

·Conduct risk assessments and reviews and assess and monitor compliance with new requirements on Henkel with dx, Henkel Businesses and Functions stakeholders

·Ensure the integration of new requirements into, and adaptation of, existing control frameworks or setup new control frameworks as appropriate

YOUR SKILLS:

·Minimal education required – Master’s Degree

·Area of specialization (e.g., International Business) – Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management

·Minimal Overall work experience required – 8 years

·Highly effective communication skills, oral and in writing. Good capability for data analysis, problem solving and design

·Sound knowledge of current legislation and regulations landscape worldwide and experience in analyzing and ensuring compliance with derived IT requirements
