YOUR ROLE
- Understand and foster process & system integration and data management in finance
- Drive the performance of the finance area through a smart application of digital technologies and automation of processes
- Use of the latest tools and agile methodologies to foster digitalization and collaboration in the finance area
- Further develop our Adhesive Finance digital platform
- Design new solution based on latest opportunities of the digital toolset
- Use digital tools to develop automatic solutions and process re-design in finance
- Drive self service reporting in finance and the decision making process
- Decide and utilize the best visualization tools for complex finance structures and analytics
- Understand and promote finance system integration across functions and businesses to efficiently connect the data for efficient processing and analysis
YOUR SKILLS
- Top class university degree, preferably with major in controlling/finance, information technology, digital management or similar subject
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience and skills in digital controlling based on latest trends in information technology and data analytics, including big data and AI
- Understanding and experience in finance system integration across functions and businesses to efficiently connect the data for efficient processing and analysis
- Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct 'Can-Do'-attitude to replace manual / isolated process steps by a tool-based integrated End-to-End process
- Excellent analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English and preferably in German
