YOUR ROLE
- Harmonize the product innovation process and tools for Henkel Consumer Brands
- Derive improvements, simplification and corresponding analytics & reporting
- Act as a project management platform/methodology champion and first point of contact for project team support and guidance
- Oversee business project and ensure completeness within time, scope and budget
- Ensure simple and automated approach to innovation process and underlying tool
- Own project milestones and respective results alongside IT (dx) and other key stakeholders / team members
- Facilitate and drive project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.)
- Align all stakeholders on regular basis to ensure comprehensive project understanding and goal alignment
- Report project status and actively add / update issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress and status
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Innovation or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Profound business and marketing understanding within the FMCG industry, as well as expertise in shaping supply chain innovation processes
- Experience with SAP/ APO/ PFS+ or similar and good MS-Office abilities
- Strong communication, convincing and influencing skills
- High performance orientation and analytical skills
- Fluent English language skills, German or further language skills advantageous
