YOUR ROLE
As a Henkel Intern, you will play an integral part of our team, while gaining real-world experience and a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions within a global organization. Based on your interests and skillset, we have a variety of internship opportunities across our Adhesives and Consumer Brands business units. Your internship could include:

• Working independently and in teams to support challenging digital and analytics projects
•  Ensuring proper implementation of end-to-end customer journeys (adequate data capture and tracking)
• Conducting surveys and analyzing findings to make recommendations to management for on-going digital initiatives
  
  

In addition to the job functions of your assigned department, you will also develop your professional skillset through:

YOUR SKILLS
To be successful in this internship, we are looking for:

•  Students currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA program
• Analytical skills: ability to develop fact-based recommendations resulting from in-depth data analysis 
• Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
•    Marketing Acumen: ability to understand and grasp fundamental marketing concepts
