YOUR ROLE

• Support in driving the delivery of our perfect portfolio and repeatable growth models
• Upskill organization in terms of perfect portfolio thinking and re-applicable models to ensure that mindset becomes a core skill to our category teams
• Help steer transformation pilots of the Fabric Cleaning and Toilet categories on moving from current short-term masterplans to long-term roadmaps utilizing repeatable growth models
• Lead automatization efforts on cross category deliverables (e.g., post-launch trackers, brand scorecards)
• Coordinate and help execute new approaches and tools to support the growth agenda and the global category teams to deliver the growth ambition plans
• Collaborate with the cross functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, CMI, Finance and R&D) as well as external partners (e.g., consultants and agencies) to drive the change agenda for marketing excellence

YOUR SKILLS

• Student of business administration who has successfully passed first semesters of a business-related bachelor or master degree with outstanding results to date
  
• nterest / Focus on Marketing is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Open, proactive, and creative mindset - as well as enthusiasm, diligence, and reliability
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated, self-organized and ambitious team player with an eagerness to learn 
• Availability for 6 months, ideally as of March 2023
