YOUR ROLE
- Lead Application engineer for aerospace surface treatment in APAC, including OEMs and MRO.
- Be regional technical expert of aerospace surface treatment and networking with global expert team.
- Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, qualification, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.
- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the digital tool.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues.
- Run the laboratory work (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from internal/customers, and report technical results.
