- Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Materials Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations are conducted in a coordinated, safe, and professional manner.
- Develop the warehouse teams skills and processes to meet customer requirements in the most safe and cost-efficient way.
- Utilise information, experience, and digital tools to allow data-based decision making and performance improvement.
- Lead culturally based safety, Lean, 5S, and toolbox activities while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency
