YOUR ROLE
- Responsible to provide technical development, manufacturing and project management support for regional and global acoustic & structural parts programs.
- Supplying information to the KAM and program manager required for part, piece price and tooling negotiations.
- The individual will be required to perform professionally in all aspects of the business including engineering, design creation, reverse engineering, material selection, manufacturing, project management, while interacting with the OEM and Tier customers.
- Responsible for automotive body structural & acoustic parts technical development, including establish relationships with Customer BIW & CAE Engineers, develop solutions and transfer them to CAD&CAE team.
- Ensure APQP activities on time delivery (Design review, DVP&R, CCSC, Design release, launch issue track etc.). Lead 5D root cause analysis for design related issues / complete & updated problems list (pre-launch) for customer
- Competitive technical information collection, problem-solving, lesson-learn, technical innovation sharing.
- Travel to customers for technique seminar, on-site design, launch support, specific projects, applications and build events as required.
- Accountabilities (Time in %)

YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering related discipline.
- Good speaking English, CET-6 is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of CAE work experience. Has CAE related activities in automotive industry.
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAE theory. Experience of CAE software like LS-Dyna, Nastran, Opti struct, Hyper works. Experience of CAD software like CATIA or NX.
- Understanding of automotive crashworthiness, NVH, fatigue, and durability.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes of plastic materials such as injection molding, extrusion, etc.
- Teamwork spirit, self-motivated, high ownership, drive for results.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
