YOUR ROLE

  • In our team, you will ensure accurate provisioning of pension reserves and data for employee participation
  • This includes collaborating with actuaries, preparing financial reports, and reviewing Contractual Trust Agreement data
  • Throughout this process, you will consistently consider the interdependencies with other Henkel-teams and actively contribute your expertise to project teams

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in finance preferably with a focus on accounting
  • At least 2 -3 years of professional experience in the field of accounting, auditing or actuary services, preferably with an focus on HR Commitments
  • Advanced Excel and Office 365 applications skills (including VBA) and experience with SAP
  • Engaging team player at heart, growth-oriented entrepreneur in mind
  • Experienced in managing projects independently
  • Perceiving yourself as a proactive business partner identifying and responding to the needs of your key stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German & English language skills

The position is limited for 1 year.
