YOUR ROLE

  • Executes sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy.
  • To maintain and develop existing & acquire new customers. Conduct application study, trials to develop new business 2 customer end.
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective Projects & visits in CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Executes pricing actions, take price increases from time to time also distribution expansion in assigned region.
  • Developing relationship with key decision makers & influencers and training & developing Distributor Sales team.
  • Group selling activities to be done at customers on regular basis and make Strategy to develop & grow business in assigned territory.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Identifying key decision makers – gatekeepers & influencers.
  • Networking/social selling and objection handling.
  • Proposal generation, prospecting, and questioning.
  • Sales call planning/facilitation and sales digital fluency.
