YOUR ROLE

  • Manage the whole recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, sourcing, screen and hire quality talent
  • Ensure adherence to defined process and achievement of set key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Create and execute local employer branding strategy
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy and channels to build relevant talent pools
  • Contribute innovative resourcing ideas to the attraction and recruitment strategy
  • Generate Talent Mapping and Market Research Reports

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field 
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant recruitment experience with expertise in target search techniques; Preferably obtained in a multinational/shared service environment
  • Experience in execution of Employer Branding strategies and initiatives (social media recruiting, campus recruitment/ engagement, employee engagement activities), and utilizing recruitment systems is required; Experience in Talent Mapping and Market Research is a plus
  • Good proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional in both written and verbal English communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and decision-making skill
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail; Proficient in prioritizing tasks and adept at managing hiring managers effectively
  • Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
