  • Responsible for full payroll processing including but not limited to system run, conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting. (40%)
  • Process taxation, social security, and benefits administration. (10%)
  • Handle inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team. (10%)
  • Drive process continuous improvement. (10%)
  • Support internal and external audits. (10%)
  • Participating in projects and initiatives (10%)
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager. (10%)


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • More than 2 years of payroll experience, Korean payroll experience and SAP/ADP system user is preferred.
  • Good command of written and oral Korean, English skill is preferred.
  • Good Microsoft skills especially mastery of Excel.
  • Strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Confidentiality, reliability, and motivation.
