Your Role:

  • Serve as the central Point of contact for Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Production, and OTC teams.
  • Analyze product demand forecasts from over 250 customers and 700 IDHs, aligning production planning with Regional Supply Planners.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure order execution, product allocation, and achievement of the monthly billing target of approximately €3 million.
  • Monitor production processes to guarantee timely completion and product delivery.
  • Coordinate with the OTC team to ensure efficient order processing and invoicing. • Identify and resolve issues impacting billing and revenue recognition.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional and cross-SBU meetings to maintain alignment and address bottlenecks. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing targets and process efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular performance metrics and improvement initiative reports to the Management Team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Production, and OTC processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications - MS Office Suite, SAP.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving performance targets.
