YOUR ROLE
- This position is a key role to support sales manager for effective sales and operation of the HK beauty hair professional business, in order to both fulfilling business requirement and achieving business KPIs. It holds an important role to prepare necessary local reports to support division development, act as the bridge to enhance the communication between sales team, business partners and other internal business units, as well as offering customer services to the customers.
- Support sales manager on business planning and sales reports preparation.
- Handle daily sales transaction, being the bridge between logistic team and sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare Daily/ Monthly sales report.
- Provide customer services to achieve the business performance.
- Assist the Sales Manager to monitor the AR status.
- Coordinate with CS and Supply chain for the shipment and stock issues.
- Coordinate with salesman and master data team for CMP creation.
- Prepare customer contract and the achievement to ensure the contract complete.
- Assist with MKT and sales team for the monthly promotion.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Commercial Head.
- Maintain good communication with internal business units (Ex. CS, PPS, MKT, Supply Chain & Finance) to enhance effective operations of the division.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
YOUR SKILLS
- Detail-oriented, sensitive to figures.
- Be passionate, able to handle pressure and ability in managing multi-tasks.
- Mature, independent and team player.
- High education level or above.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, and both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
