YOUR ROLE

• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Lead the development and refinement of brands positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns 
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to drive product innovation
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Partner with the sales and trade marketing teams to develop promotional strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
• Support the company’s sustainability goals

YOUR SKILLS

• High Degree in Marketing or equivalent 
• Strong Experience (more than 5 years) in similar position (Category Management) within a multinational FMCG 
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities (Fluent French and English spoken and written)
• Strong Knowlege of the Algerian market with a proficiency in analyzing market data
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management
