YOUR ROLE
- Developing / facilitating Adhesives strategic agenda in APAC region.
- Systematically developing top talents regionally and globally.
- The team is set at corporate level with close collaboration to Henkel Adhesive’s 9 Sub Business Units (SBUs).
- We offer a unique platform to accelerate the development of both internal and external candidates for key strategic positions.
- Team members normally spend 2-3 years in the program to work on impactful projects while developing their leadership skills and career path within Henkel.
- The projects are typically cross-SBU/function and a mix of country, regional and global initiatives.
- Associate Strategy Manager - APAC will have opportunities to
- Lead a series of high-profile projects within the APAC region, including topics such as growth strategies, new market entry, commercial excellence and M&A.
- Gain exposure to Senior Management, SBUs and Functions.
- Learn about the overall Adhesive business and chart future career pathway in Henkel via tailored coaching and training programs, and exchange with other Strategy Offices to accelerate development of strategic planning and leadership skills.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor degree above in Management/Engineering/Science from top-tier universities; MBA Preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience in management consulting, in-house strategy or PE/VC; industrial/B2B experience preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking to support business strategy development with solid research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a great team player.
- Fluent English (both verbal and writing).
