YOUR ROLE
The Logistics Steering Systems Manager is a key position within Supply Chain Organization. The role has responsibility for supporting and optimizing all aspects of the logistics systems as it relates to North America Henkel Consumer Goods. This role is accountable for continuous improvement of systems and reporting capabilities for Logistics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Logistics Steering Systems Manager will facilitate operational excellence in systems design and reporting design, delivery, and performance management. The role is divided between strategic orientation and operational execution as required. The role will be required to achieve the following deliverables including but not limited to:
Report Automation
- Enhance current Power BI dashboards
- Automate data refreshes for Power BI Dashboards
- Create new Power BI Dashboards
- Support Global reporting initiatives
Systems SME
- Lead SAP Major Release and upgrade events-including testing, resourcing and go-live
- Lead OTM upgrade and system maintenance events-including testing, resourcing and go-live
- Support Customer system integration, EDI enhancements, issue resolution
- Super User for 4-Kites, SAP, WMS (Blue Yonder, Optilog) and OTM
- Support Henkel DX initiatives
Support Operations
- Facilitate training on Power BI dishoards
- Support sustainability efforts and reviews
- Develop innovative ways to use current systems
- Seek out opportunities for AI and third-party solutions
YOUR SKILLS
- Educated to Degree Level (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or other relevant subject)
- 5-10 years manager level experience in Operations / Supply Chain
- Demonstrable operations management and execution capability
- Advanced skills in analytics and reporting (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python)
- Proven track record in developing and deploying broad scale process improvements and/or cost savings initiatives
- Strong communication skills with ability to drive and influence decisions at all levels within the organization
The salary for this role is $94,000.00 - $135,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
