YOUR ROLE
- Lead and oversee all projects and processes for the Marketing and Sales (M&S) team in Henkel GBS+ Manila
- Align and lead the operational management of the M&S process to ensure efficient and effective provision of services in both Marketing Data Solutions and Inhouse Creative based on defined global targets
- Steer and implement process improvements, harmonization & enlargement, and supports the M&S Global Head of Process in continuously developing the process
- Partner actively with the business stakeholders and one’s team managers to increase department’s productivity and efficiency
- Provide support to the M&S community globally to all Business Units and Functions; Ensure leadership and management with professional service in accordance with Henkel’s operational standards
- Supervise, guide, and develop employees and managers in one’s area of responsibility from hire to retire
- Contribute to GBS+ Quality Management Goals and passes internal and external ISO audits
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales / Computer Science /Information Technology
- Minimum of twelve (12) years demonstrated experience in senior Marketing and Sales leadership roles; Preferably within global FMCG or multinational consumer-driven organizations
- Background in the development and execution of innovative Integrated Marketing strategies (Brand Management, eCommerce, Content Creation, Creatives, eLearning Design & Development, Reporting and Advanced Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Should have the ability to handle high-level and global stakeholders, steer strategic projects, and experience in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
- With a strong mindset for continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience
