This role offers 8-hour SHIFTS, as well as regular weekend overtime shifts, as needed. The individual selected for this role will be assigned to 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) Sunday through Thursday.
There is $1,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role. The hourly rate for this role is $22.52 with a $1/hour shift differential and $1.50/hour Team Leader differential. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join our team and lead our Laundry In Case Fill operations effectively. As a working Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of 4 production associates and Packaging Technicians, ensuring exceptional quality products and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All tasks and duties of a Packaging Technician.
- Coordinates daily production activities, including job assignments and rotations.
- Communicates all line performance issues to the on-shift supervisor and escalate to next level support when needed.
- Appropriately manage your line of responsibility to ensure the maximum OEE is achieved each shift.
- Provide leadership by setting clear expectations, coaching team members, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
- Ensure that employees receive adequate training required to perform their job responsibilities with supporting documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must have previous experience leading hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience and a solid understanding of the manufacturing process, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of SAP and MES systems is preferred.
- Must have intermediate to advance computer skills, especially with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team-based setting.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience in training and developing team members; motivating and engaging employees to achieve their best results.
- Must be skilled in managing and resolving conflicts within the team.
- Must be able to pivot and adapt in a fast-moving production environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Time management skills are essential.
- Must be able to adhere to a strict safety policy and comply with all standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of 5S and Six-Sigma is preferred.
