YOUR ROLE
- Develop and execute regional product (line) strategy in line with technology strategy
- Analyze and manage regional product portfolio and consequently product portfolio complexity
- Accompany product introductions and coordinate with S&OP and innovation team;
- Steer product phase out process cross SBU for products under PLM ownership
- Coordinate product localizations across regions
- Provide input to manufacturing and purchasing on manufacturing and supply chain needs regionally
- Manage ad-hoc crises such as raw material shortages and drive proactively risk mitigation to avoid supply disruption
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years work experience in relevant field
- Experienced in a multinational environment within the Consumer Goods industry, i.e. Packaging, Labelling and Personal Hygiene
- Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to convince on different management level up to senior management
- Strong analytical skills for fact and data base decision making to realize measurable results
- Able to use standard tools like e.g. MS Office, Power BI, SAP
- Fluent English language skills
