YOUR ROLE
- Lead efforts to standardize and align the SHEQ requirements across various business units and locations, considering both corporate goals and external legal obligations. Ensure streamlined processes that reduce complexity for site operations
- Facilitate communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Gather input, resolve conflicts, and build consensus on SHEQ procedures across all management levels, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage complex SHEQ-related projects from inception to completion. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet all objectives
- Develop, review, and update SHEQ procedures. Coordinate their approval and publication. Ensure that all locations are fully informed and trained on new procedures, fostering consistency in SHEQ compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to SHEQ procedures. Oversee communication strategies related to SHEQ updates, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in SHEQ compliance and project management, ideally in international or corporate settings
- Strong track record in managing large-scale projects and aligning compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting complex ideas
- Strong project management, digital tools proficiency, and ability to challenge established norms
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented
- Motivated by change, works well under pressure, collaborative, and culturally agile
- Fluent English language skills
