YOUR ROLE
- Develop and execute ECRM strategy for Tmall, JD, Douyin of each BU brand to acquire, retain, engage, and recall consumers to enable online business.
- Develop and optimize brand ECRM membership with benefits, experience and activities.
- Design brand member promotion guidance, lead and manage day to day ECRM operation to expand lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze consumer performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision making.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of ECRM activities, responsible for systems and platform tools development.
- Manage budget and financial process for ECRM EC channels with a clear rational of allocation.
- YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU
- A fresh perspective to diagnose consumer needs and market trend.
- Multi-platform membership management experience.
- The strategy and way of thinking of the leading brands in hairdressing category.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 6 years’ experience in CRM related function.
- FMCG industry background preferred. Be familiar with business and e-commerce environment.
- Good communication / Co-operation skills. Teamwork and result oriented.
- Data oriented and sensitive.
- Strong analytical skills and good at MS office software.
