YOUR ROLE

  • Conducting ongoing analysis of the division's performance, comparing planning to execution and execution to execution, and developing strategic work plans to control key performance indicators.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive business reports, establishing sales targets, and analyzing data to align with the division's needs and project requirements.
  • Developing sales forecasts for the division and gathering and consolidating quantitative and financial data to enhance cross-company business processes mapping.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments, including CEO, accounting, supply chain, marketing, and trade managers.
    Preparing presentations in both Hebrew and English for senior management.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, industrial engineering and management, business administration, or a related field - mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the ability to construct reports and analyze complex models- mandatory.
  • one year of experience in the field of analysis- mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Hebrew at a high level - mandatory.
  • Experience in the retail industry - significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive projects to success.
  • Effective at working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
