- Social Strategy & Innovation: Develop long-term social strategies aligned with business goals, identifying test-and-learn opportunities and emerging platforms.
- Insight & Research: Conduct social listening, track trends, develop reports, and share best practices across teams.
- Influencer & Advocacy: Lead influencer strategy, manage seeding, campaigns, and agency partnerships, and ensure timely, trend-driven creator collaborations.
- Content & Creative: Oversee content strategy, production, post-production, and paid content and media optimization in collaboration with agencies.
- Analytics & Optimizing: Traffic assets, review performance reports, set KPIs, and optimize content based on evolving social metrics.
- Budget & Agency Management: Manage social budgets efficiently, onboard and oversee agencies, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
What makes you a good fit
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer relations, and paid media, ideally in the beauty industry
- Resourceful and adaptable, creating high-quality in-house content while staying within brand guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and creative skills to develop new content & out-of-the-box thinking
- Effectively communicates cross-functionally and has strong organizational skills to keep multiple priorities running smoothly
- Strong planner with excellent attention to detail ensuring projects are on time and on budget
- Innovative problem solver with a knack for devising creative strategies to achieve KPI targets
- Ability and willingness to commute 2-3 times a week to Culver City, CA
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
