What you´ll do
- Prepares planning, forecasting and (internal) monthly financial statements
- Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
- Contributes with information/reports/analysis to the decision support in AO and SBUs
- Monitors cost development of planned objectives and prepares deviation analysis
- Takes care of compliance and governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
- Spreads financial CO knowledge and consciousness across the company
- Contributes to continuous improvement in CO relevant concepts, processes and tools
- Execution of controlling tasks in capital investment and financial management of MFO projects
- Leads the team taking care of recruiting, on-boarding and development and acts as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization (in case lead role)
