What you´ll do
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll manage regional innovation projects of low to moderate complexity within our adhesives business unit. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the revision of existing product portfolios to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Managing the project lifecycle, including scheduling, tracking progress, and handling documentation.
- Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings.
- Providing updates to stakeholders and managing escalations.
- Preparing and presenting projects for gate reviews.
- Training on project tools (Planview) and sharing best practices.
What makes you a good fit
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in project management or cross-functional team leadership.
- Is assertive, proactive and agile.
- Is organized, a strong problem-solver, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Is proficient in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Minimum salary: 1460 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
