<span>About this Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technology orientated graduate to support our Project Management team with the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

What you´ll do

  • Supporting the team with the delivery of digital/CRM projects from end to end (including requirement gathering, planning, objective setting, resource allocation), working with the wider cross-functional internal teams
  • Liaising closely with other employees in the project team as well as technical colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Work with internal/external technical/business representatives and stakeholders at any level to translate needs into feasible deliverables
  • Advocate for a seamless, efficient end-user experience across touchpoints.
  • Work with end user support teams to define and implement timely delivery and quality of standards to meet our Service Level Agreements.

What makes you a good fit

  • A graduate (before September 2025 or no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Data Analysis, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Project Management skills
  • Some skills and knowledge across relevant key areas such as Business Process Analysis, Project Management Methodology/ies, documentation, etc
  • Ability to tackle a few different projects at the same time as well as identify, analyse and communicate issues where they arise
  • Supporting teams to develop user adoption strategies and helping to develop training initiatives for CRM platforms and features
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ideal but not essential: skills/knowledge of Cloud offerings
