About this Position
The position consists of Leading production cells and Setting direction and vision for the Cell based on the Operations strategy.
What you´ll do
- Lead Production Cells
- Own and execute the daily/weekly/monthly meetings
- Ensure all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed
- Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the production
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager, HPS Manager, Training Manager and Process Engineer to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses
- Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Production engineering preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar position preferably in chemical industry and / or FMCG
- Strong Analytical skills, mechanical knowledge, production processes Knowledge is highly required
- Team Player, strong Mobilizer through communication
- Strong Communication skills in both French and English
- Solution oriented and Continuous Improvement Mindset adopter
