Being an intern at Henkel, what do you like most about it?
I especially liked having the opportunity to take responsibility for the coordination of different projects from the beginning onwards. Furthermore, I really enjoyed working on a long-term process improvement project with a colleague from overseas.
What is the greatest learning you will take home after your internship at Henkel?
At Henkel, everyone is always willing to give guidance on different topics which are related to his field of business. Therefore, I learned to proactively approach colleagues and ask questions about topics which I wanted to learn more about or needed further guidance on.
Do you consider Henkel as a future employer and why?
The excellent Henkel working atmosphere combined with the opportunities of meeting new people and gaining insights into a lot of interesting topics were above my expectations. Therefore, Henkel will definitely be considered.
What is the biggest fun factor while working at Henkel?
The biggest fun factors were the different Henkel sport activities which are hosted on a regular basis. Furthermore, joining the yearly Henkel Team Trip to a specific location in SEA which was a very enriching experience as well.
What is unique about working at Henkel?
Definitely the open-minded and multinational employee culture. I was overwhelmed by the amount of respect and responsibility I received from my colleagues within and across the different departments.
