YOUR ROLE

• Negotiate all investments concerning civil construction and infrastructure and related services for our business units
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across both business units and Henkel infrastructure to optimize investment budgets
  
• Organize tenders with our purchasing systems (e.g. Ariba, FuturaSRM)
  
• Risk mitigation by concluding detailed contracts
  
• Responsible for full supplier management of (frame) contract suppliers in Germany in your area of responsibility
  
• Search for market developments alternative new solutions in the area of investments (e.g. time to market, digitalization, TCO, demand management)
  
• Optimize the automation rate by using product catalogues and other digital tools

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Engineering and/or business administration
  
• At least five years of professional experience in investment purchasing in an international environment
  
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing civil construction in Germany (VOB & HOAI)
  
• Experience with Investments, as well as a solid technical understanding
  
• Experience with MS Office, ARIBA, FuturaSRM and SAP
  
• Excellent negotiation skills, team player
  
• Sustainability is a core value for you
• Fluent German and English communication skills
