YOUR ROLE

• Take part in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
• Do research for new products in our two categories - hair care and styling
• Monitor fashion and hair trend research
• Be involved in the creation and implementation of our Indola selected collections, in collaboration with the creative team
• Analyze the product performance, competition and strategic market
• Support with invoicing, budgeting, presentations and organizing internal/external events/workshops etc.

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing
• Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills are advantageous 
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel with strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence
• Interested in B2B hair care / hairdressing industry and digital savvy

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2.025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
