The position is part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS+) processes in the Marketing and Sales process.

YOUR ROLE

• Proactively engaging with existing community and potential new consumers in German
  
• Monitoring conversations on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok and replying to Social Media enquiries of our global beauty brands (e.g. Schwarzkopf, Got2be, Syoss, Fa...)
  
• Providing guidance and information on our complete product portfolio
  
• Resharing of Instagram stories, approving of influencer requests
  
• Developing stronger consumer affinity, and increasing reach and community size
  
• Providing feedback to our stakeholders on existing campaigns

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree of Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics or any related study
  
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  
• Fluency in English & German Speaker with strong communication skill.
• Support in CET Time Zone from Sunday to Thursday.
• Passion & interest in digital social media platforms
  
• Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
