YOUR ROLE

  • To focus on sub-territory in Shanghai to develop new customer acquisition and further penetration with Loctite technology and portfolio; to build solid and trustworthy partnership while carrying out channel excellence initiatives.
  • To develop channel network and competence to serve the purpose of customer reach in sub-territory.
  • To achieve sustainable business growth through improving territory coverage and customer penetration, while "Sales Excellence, Project Pipeline, Application Expertise, Channel Excellence as well as Profitability & Product Mix" would be also prioritized as performance pursuits.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Develop new customer, new applications and strengthen the cooperation with existing customers in his responsible areas to achieve the sales growth (regular customer visits, provide customer training, on-site production line survey, laboratory testing for customer, trouble shoot and all other sales and technical support for the customers). 50%
  • Manage distributors to achieve business growth (conduct monthly meetings, regular join calls with distributors' salesman, provide training to distributor etc.). 20%
  • Develop new market segment and new product to our customers (conduct exhibition, use sales tools for new product promotion, work with Product Development colleagues to new product etc.). 20%
  • Other office administration works and internal meeting/training. 10%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor degree at least with major focusing on Chemical/mechanics/Electrical as preferable.
  • 3-5 years’ working experience in Chemical/mechanics/Electrical with solid performance record.
  • Good skills in basic English language, such as reading, writing, and listening.
