YOUR ROLE
- Strategic approach on handling Professional Salon Image/ Key accounts with right Category focus drive. Effective engagement program to drive Share of Wallet, doors wise planning and execution.
- Demonstrate and deliver the development initiatives to promote Salon services and drive good retail opportunities. The role comprises of creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.
- Aggressive representation with effective communications skills and a good analytics in terms of driving strong sales support.
- SPOC between Sales, Technical, Digital, and Marketing team for strong engagement programs.
- Responsible for building strong professional relationship with Key artist and influencers to drive good Category sales
- Handling all Image/ KA on activation programs, Negotiating, brand Building activations with yearly calendar plans
- 360-degree program on Launch innovations, digital programs, Education programs with eligible budgets Task on existing growth account wise & Competition Door opportunities
- Responsible for executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities that target specific audiences through non-traditional advertising channels. Campaign Planning: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop BTL marketing strategies and plans.
- Execution of Promotional Activities: Implementing various promotional activities, such as events, roadshows, product demonstrations, exhibitions, sales promotions, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Brand Activation: Creating and managing brand activation initiatives to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and managing the budget allocated for BTL marketing activities. This includes cost estimation, budget planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost effective execution of campaigns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collecting data and evaluating the effectiveness of BTL marketing campaigns. This involves analyzing campaign metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
- Market Research: Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience in Sales and Activation Marketing.
- Should have an MBA degree
- Should have work experience into Sales & Marketing/ BTL Activation
- Should have soft Skills like analytical skills, communication skills and creativity
