YOUR ROLE

  • Leads customer visits, trials, recommendations, problem solving and trainings
  • Proactively contributes, impacts and shares best practice, application and innovation with the team and with the customers
  • Conducts manufacturing excellence surveys to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
  • Meets with key customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities
  • Is a recognized expert in the industry and represents Henkel expertise externally
  • Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution’s value to customers
  • Train TCS, sales, and customers on process, new products, technologies, capabilities and applications
  • Develops and manages key innovation and application development programs. Understands latest technologies and impacts to SBU and customers
  • Regularly influences and contributes to strategy and tactical planning and supports proliferation of break-through technologies
  • Collaborates to developping roadmap with colleagues, customer and industry experts
  • Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships (research/suppliers/OEM/boards/industry)
  • Develop talent through standardized TCS best practice training modules and advisory program
  • Identify and align Henkel’s technical expertise and testing capabilities with segment KSI’s

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree (Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent, chemistry is a plus) 
  • Necessary experience in canmaking industry
  • Experience in TCS/Metal Packaging and on Lubrication, Cleaning, Pickling, Treatment of light metals is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma and statistical analysis
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Organization and self management
  • Works well under pressure
  • Teamworker and friendly
  • Willingness to travel: 80% 
  • Class B driving license for EU 
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • German knowledge is a plus
