What you´ll do
- Drive Quality Improvement Through Data & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance quality performance, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead Digitalization & Advanced Analytics in Quality Management: Develop frameworks for digital transformation in quality management, integrating advanced analytics and BI tools like Power BI
- Design and Maintain Power BI Dashboards & Reports: Independently create and manage data visualizations that provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
- Manage Analytics & Business Intelligence Projects: Oversee BI initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation, timeline management, and collaboration between IT, data teams, and business units
- Promote Data Literacy & Self-Service Analytics: Train and mentor teams on analytics tools, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of work experience in related fields, quality performance or business intelligence
- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics and data driven process optimization
- Hands-on experience in Power BI, Databricks, Python, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Perfect Business English with another relevant language a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Agility, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and creativity
