About this position

What you´ll do

  • Lead the training activities for the Area/Site with the objective to close gaps from the skill matrix.
  • Establish training process in the Area/Site Organization of the training calendar and directly provide trainings in own area of capability.
  • Support Cell Leader(s) with the design and implementation of the Skill Matrix.
  • Update Skill Matrix and report status by person.
  • Define skill gaps based on the Skill Matrix and translate to a training plan for the Area/Site.
  • Maintain training calendar and organize trainings.
  • Liaise with other people in the Site making sure enough trainers are available.
  • Be a master of the Learning and Development processes.

What makes you a good fit

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Problem Solving, Autonomous Maintenance, Time Based Maintenance, Kaizen, Education & Training Pillar).
  • Excellent training and coaching skills to develop employees’ technical and soft skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to assess training needs and create competency development programs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and close skill gaps.
  • Project management capabilities to organize and deliver training programs.
  • Good level of English is preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in training methodologies or lean systems (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in production, training, continuous improvement or related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs in a manufacturing environment.
