À propos de ce poste
Dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale d’Henkel Adhésive Technologies, l’alternant(e) sera intégré au sein du service Customer Service Expérience pour l’activité Consumers & Craftsmen.
Ce que vous ferez
- Les interactions avec les clients (principalement les grandes surfaces de bricolage et les grandes surfaces alimentaires, e-commerce) en étant leur point de contact privilégié
- Le suivi des commandes clients depuis la saisie jusqu’à la livraison, y compris les commandes EDI
- Le traitement des réclamations clients
- La communication avec les commerciaux et autres services en interne (Centre d’Excellence, Centre de Service partagés, logistique…)
- Les reportings réguliers
- Les analyses ad-hoc
- La participation aux projets ad-hoc
Pourquoi vous êtes un bon candidat
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 ou plus
- Vous êtes responsable et autonome
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon relationnel avec le sens de la rigueur organisationnelle
- Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est nécessaire
