What you´ll do

  • The HR leadership trainee program offers you an opportunity to have comprehensive overview & learning journey through our different HR functions such as HR Generalists, HR Centre of Expertise roles such as  Recruitment, Total rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Project Management and many others. Our hiring process has multiple stages.
  • As part of the program, you will be looked after by an experienced mentor who will help you identify your individual career prospects, give you feedback on your performance and agree development measures with you. You will also benefit from a superior onboarding.
  • During the comprehensive rotation journey, you will be assigned to a “station” manager who will manage your tasks & assignments during each rotation and connect you with the expert colleagues where needed for your learning.
  • Throughout the program you will make important professional contacts with senior executives, but also have the opportunity to exchange ideas and build a network with the other trainees working at Henkel worldwide. By doing so, you enjoy a steep learning curve, grow your personality, and increase your visibility within Henkel.
  • The program starts as soon as possible and your first station at Henkel will be as an HR Generalist, touching base with Senior HR Business Partners who have 10+ years HR experience.
  • International mobility (3 months abroad as part of the program).

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor or master degree in business administration, economics, psychology, or similar fields.
  • Must have: 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong problem solver with an orientation towards action & results.
  • Strong ability to assimilate new information.
  • Open minded & fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • People oriented person wanting to know how HR partners with the business.
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop applications (such as MS office, 365, etc..).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
