This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Own and steer (cross-Business Unit) transformational initiatives on sales excellence & strategic pricing
  • Drive professional key account management 
  • Lead, develop and implement Category Management strategy
  • Lead, develop and implement Net Revenue Management and Analytics strategy
  • Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the Salesforce CRM-tool
  • Increase digital sales and expand capabilities of our digital channels utilizing sales tools
  • Define and deploy targeted trainings for customer facing teams
  • Act as transformational leader partnering up with our sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to increase selling time, remove roadblocks and increase seller capabilities of our sales teams
  • Define and globally promote best-in-class standards / best practices and instill sales process discipline and excellence in execution in our sales teams
  • Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs 
  • Advise our senior management with actionable business insights and tangible recommendations
  • Support global Commercial Excellence Team as North American liaison
  • Member of North America Retail Leadership Team and Global Commercial Excellence Team

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field. Master's degree would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in a sales leadership, strategy, or consulting position.
  • Experience in CPG, Retail Home Center or Professional Distribution channels are beneficial
  • Experience in managing a cross functional team
  • Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities in an international environment 
  • Advanced analytic and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Well-developed business management, negotiation and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Own and steer implementation of global framework
  • Solid understanding of the key components like Key Account Management, Category Management and Channel Strategy
  • Past experience with CRM tool, preferably Salesforce

The salary for this role is $150,000.00-$180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
