This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end training process for composite repair technicians across various job sites.
  • Must be able to travel up to 80% nationwide, often with short notice (within days or hours), to support field operations. Independently manage travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and rental arrangements.
  • Deliver high-impact, hands-on training for composite installation procedures using fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other materials.
  • Ensure technician performance meets quality and safety standards by offering constructive feedback and on-site coaching.
  • Create detailed field reports documenting installation processes, technician evaluations, and project outcomes.
  • Act as the company representative in field environments—maintaining professionalism in both challenging and high-stakes scenarios.
  • Communicate with clients to schedule training sessions and ensure all completion documentation is processed through Energy World Net (EWN).
  • Collaborate with global leadership to recommend continuous improvements to the training process.

What makes you a good fit

  • High School Diploma or GED required, 2-3 years of experience in pipeline and gas industry preferred.
  • Confident public speaker—able to present to small or large groups and maintain audience engagement.
  • Proven ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Self-sufficient, highly organized, and able to work independently without supervision.
  • Comfortable navigating unpredictable work schedules and rapid deployment to field sites.
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with composite repair systems (fiberglass, carbon fiber, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Background in coatings or industrial construction is beneficial, especially in oil & gas sectors.
  • High adaptability to dynamic field environments and a proactive, curious approach to learning.
  • Comfortable working in challenging environments typical of oil and gas sectors; must be resilient and open-minded when working in direct, high-intensity field settings.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Certifications such as NACE CIP1, TWIC Card, or BOSIET training are considered strong assets.

The salary for this role is $62,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
