About this Position

Become a part of the dynamic and forward-thinking Palette & Schauma european brand innovation team and help shape the future of this iconic brand. In this role, you’ll gain deep insights into the european beauty market while actively contributing to diverse and exciting projects. This internship provides a unique opportunity to explore every aspect of regional brand innovation management, including market and competitor analysis, trend scouting, project implementation and effective communication. What you´ll do

  • Become a core creative force for Palette’s and Schauma’s communication projects by supporting crafting engaging brand and product campaigns
  • Take end-to-end ownership of communication assets from concept and script to post-production briefings
  • Bring fresh content ideas to the table and lead your own mini-projects with guidance from our team
  • Present your work confidently to internal stakeholders and contribute to shaping our brands’ innovation culture with your creative flair

What makes you a good fit

  • Student (d/f/m) in the field of media, communication, design, marketing or a related creative discipline, ideally with a scientific background or a structured mindset
  • Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Good eye for design and practical experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Strong creative drive, a head full of ideas and a passion for exploring new ways to engage audiences through content
  • Content creation mindset with a clear understanding of storytelling, audience expectations and content impact
  • Independent work style with a high sense of ownership, combined with a collaborative spirit and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Availability as of January 2026 for 6 months for an internship at Henkel’s headquarter in Düsseldorf

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
