About this Position

  • Support financial activities at the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support both short-term and long-term goals.   
  • Monitor, report, and analyze cost and monthly performance KPIs.
  • Provide financial analysis for investment projects, ensuring cost tracking and alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare annual product cost standards and oversee cost monitoring for ongoing and new products, including updating allocation keys.
  • Ensure the consistent application of corporate financial policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements and initiates respective actions.
  • Sharing best practices with other controllers across the organization.
  • Drive financial education and awareness initiatives for plant employees to enhance financial literacy and engagement. 

What you´ll do

  • Provide financial analysis for investment projects, ensuring cost tracking and alignment with business goals.
  • Support financial activities at the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support both short-term and long-term goals. Monitor, report, and analyze cost and monthly performance KPIs.
  • Collaborates closely with plant key stakeholders to ensure consistent application of corporate financial policies, procedures, and standards.  

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Business Administration or related studies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting, CPA certificated preferrable.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant plant controlling experience, integration experience preferrable.
  • Investment project (cost control & financial analysis) experience preferrable.
  • High proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Excel, SAP user experience preferrable.
  • Communication skills in English.
  • Strong team player with positive working attitude.
