What you´ll do

The Supply Chain Steering Specialist is a key member of the HCB – Hair Professional Supply Chain Team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytics that enable effective end-to-end supply chain decision-making. This role supports performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement across inventory, forecasting, logistics, and customer service. By transforming complex data into actionable recommendations, the position helps optimize operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for supply chain KPIs.
  • Analyze inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and financial impacts to support strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and analysis for warehouse KPIs, working with third party logistics provider.
  • Analyze customer service and supply chain performance data to identify trends, measure service levels, optimize order fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement in responsiveness, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform root cause analysis on supply chain variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights for planning and operational improvements.
  • Owns master data for the Canadian Hair Professional business.
  • Manage master data inquiries and maintain data integrity across systems.

What makes you a good fit

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Technology or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience within supply chain/operations with focus on Demand Planning or Supply using ERP systems is mandatory. SAP experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in building reports in Power BI.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Data Analytics & Visualization – Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel.
    • Forecasting & Inventory Analysis – Ability to interpret trends and optimize planning.
    • Master Data Management – Maintain data integrity across systems.
    • ERP Systems – SAP experience preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Analytical Thinking – Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Communication & Presentation – Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
    • Collaboration – Work with cross-functional and regional teams.
    • Proactive Approach – Anticipate issues and propose solutions. Competencies
